IN RE: Jatisha S.
CORRECTED MEMORANDUM OF DECISION RE MOTION TO MODIFY DISPOSITIVE ORDERS OF PROTECTIVE SUPERVISION TO COMMITMENT (Correction made Statutory findings)
The court hereby adds the following findings which are consistent with its October 4, 2011 decision as required by statute at the end of page 16 of said decision.
The court finds that continuing to remain in their parents' care is contrary to the best interests of the minor children, Jatisha, Solomon and Jeanette and that the department has made reasonable efforts to prevent their removal. Further, it is in the best interests of the minor children that they be committed to the Department of Children and Families until further order of this court. The petitioner's motion is Granted.
