MEMORANDUM OF DECISION REGARDING MOTION FOR CLARIFICATION OF JUDGMENT

Paragraph 2 of the Memorandum of Decision dated August 24, 2011 is amended to read as follows:

2.  Plaintiff father shall pay child support to defendant wife in the amount of $100.00 per week until minor child Jody either graduates from high school or attains the age of nineteen, whichever first occurs.   This order is retroactive to May 20, 2011.   Plaintiff's ING account as shown on his financial affidavit of August 11, 2011, is to be divided equally between the parties and plaintiff is to pay the arrearage of $1,200.00 from his share of the ING account.
