MEMORANDUM OF DECISION

The motion to reargue this court's modification decision on August 20, 2011 is denied.   In the divorce trial on October 5, 2009, the court, Caruso, J., found the plaintiff, Sandy McRae had an earning capacity of $50,000 per year and the defendant, Scott McRae had an earning capacity of $100,000 per year.   On page 18 of the transcript of the court proceedings on October 5, 2009,
