ORDER
The parties having been heard on May 12, 2011 as relates to plaintiff's motion for contempt and motion for sale makes the following orders:
1. The defendant is found in contempt based on the testimony presented on May 12, 2011, March 3, 2011, and March 24, 2011.
2. A purge figure is set in the amount of $71,500 and unless paid within 10 days from the date of this order the defendant shall sign a listing agreement with Kristin Jameson for listing for sale real estate located at 6 Fawn Ridge Lane in Southport. In the event the defendant fails to comply, the court after hearing shall set an amount for the listing agreement. In addition the defendant shall pay to counsel the sum of $2,500 within 10 days for counsel fees through and including March 24, 2011.
This matter is assigned for hearing on August 25, 2011 at 9:30 A.M. Parties shall be present with their counsel with any proposed orders not inconsistent with the existing orders.
