IN RE: Justin F. (2011)

AMENDED MEMORANDUM OF DECISION

The court hereby amends the Memorandum of Decision filed on August 3, 2011 in the above matter, as set forth below:

1. The first page of said decision is amended to reflect the correct docket numbers for the cases, which are N05–CP04–004754–D for the child, Justin F., and N05–CP04–004755–D for the child, Hailee L.

2. The last sentence on page 116 of said memorandum of decision is amended to read as follows:  “The respondents have not provided a statutory reference or common law precedent that sufficiently supports such a claim.”   The purpose of this amendment is to correct an erroneous reference to the petitioner that appeared in that sentence in the August 3, 2011 Memorandum of Decision.
