MEMORANDUM OF DECISION

THE PLAINTIFF'S MOTION FOR MODIFICATION # 223.00 AND THE DEFENDANT'S MOTION FOR MODIFICATION # 222.00

The Court heard testimony argument and received evidence on said motions on July 8, 2011.   Based on the foregoing the court finds that there is a substantial change in circumstances in the defendant's income to warrant an upward modification of the alimony paid to the plaintiff.   Accordingly, the court orders that alimony be increased by $100.00 dollars per week.   In addition the court heard equitable argument of the defendant requesting a yearly “cap” on the percentage amount to be paid to the plaintiff on commissions earned.   That request is granted.   The court orders that a cap on the total amount of commission paid to the plaintiff is $30,000.00 per year also subject to modification.   So ordered.
