Sandra Lorkiewics v. Kenneth Lorkiewics
ORDER
Based on the testimony of the parties, the evidence in the file, the credibility of the parties, giving appropriate weight to both the evidence and testimony, the Court finds that the respondent has not met his burden of proof to demonstrate that there has been a substantial change in circumstances. As a matter of fact, the testimony disclosed that he earns more now and has less expenses then he did when the order was originally set.
Accordingly, the motion is denied
By the Court,
Family Support Magistrate
William E. Strada
Strada, William E., F.S.M.
