MEMORANDUM OF DECISION ON MOTIONS 115, 120, 127, 118, 119, 121 & 122
Motions 115 & 120
1. Commencing July 6, 2011, the plaintiff will pay to the defendant unallocated alimony and support in the amount of $250.00 per week, due on Tuesday of each week.
2. The alimony and child support order shall be retroactive to May 2, 1011.
3. As and by way of additional unallocated alimony and support, the defendant shall have the use of the American Express card and be permitted to charge no more that $1,700 in a billing cycle, which amount shall be paid by the plaintiff. In the event the defendant charges in excess of $1,700 per billing cycle, the plaintiff shall be permitted to deduct the excess amount in equal installments from the plaintiff's next four unallocated alimony and support payments.
4. The plaintiff shall continue to pay for the following expenses for the marital residence: mortgage, homeowners insurance, real estate taxes, electricity, gas, water, trash collection, cable t.v. and alarm.
5. The parties shall equally divide the cost of the unreimbursed medical and dental expenses on behalf of the children. Neither parent shall incur any medical or dental expense, except in the case of an emergency, on behalf of a child which is in excess of $200 for the treatment or course of treatment, without the consent of the other party. The plaintiff shall provide and maintain medical insurance for the family pendente lite.
6. The plaintiff shall pay the children's extracurricular activities pendente lite (Lacrosse, Baseball, Harbor Lights Summer Camp, and Sailing Camp).

Motion 129—Motion to Appoint GAL for the minor children.
The parties will have joint legal custody of the minor children, Ellie Rotunno, born August 2, 2001 and Dennis Rotunno, born November 12, 2002. The primary residence of the children shall be with the defendant and the plaintiff's access time with the children shall be worked out between the parties.
In the event the plaintiff is unable to be present for his parenting time due to work related travel, he shall notify the defendant as soon as he becomes aware of such travel and the parties shall endeavor to agree upon appropriate make up time for the plaintiff and the children.
Neither the plaintiff not the defendant shall expose the children to any significant others during their access time with the children.
Each parent shall be allowed to speak to the children at least once a day while in the care of the other parent.
Motion 118
The defendant shall have one week vacation time in September at the parties residence located at 364 Bellevue Avenue in Newport, R.I.
Motion 122
The defendant shall be responsible for any and all expenses incurred by lease or purchase of an automobile including the cost of car insurance.
Motion 119
The plaintiff shall pay the sum of $25,000 towards the defendant's attorney fees by August 30, 2011.
