Donna Gereg v. John Gereg
ORDER
Based on the testimony of the parties, the evidence in the file, the credibility of the parties, giving appropriate weight to both the evidence and testimony, the Court finds that the petitioner, who has two children, works eight hours a day fulltime, principally from her home office.
In order for the petitioner to work, she has enrolled the two children in camp for the summer months of July and August: The respondent's share of the cost at 39 percent would be $1,848.
The Court finds under the circumstances of this case, that the expenses qualify as work related daycare and orders the respondent to pay $1,848 directly to the petitioner in accordance with this order.
By the Court,
Family Support Magistrate
