Donald Olson v. Melissa Olson
ORDER
Based on the testimony of the parties, the evidence in the file, the credibility of the parties, giving appropriate weight to both the evidence and testimony, the Court finds that the arrearage on the alimony to be $4,150 and on the support $407, both as of December 1, 2010 and both subject to credit and adjustment.
The Court finds that the petitioner has not met his burden of proof that there is a substantial change in circumstances as there is not a 15 percent deviation in the guideline amount calculated.
With respect to the alimony, the Court finds that after a review of the 12 statutory factors to establish alimony, there has not been a substantial change in any one of said factors.
Accordingly, for the above reasons, the motion is denied.
By the Court,
Family Support Magistrate
William E. Strada
Strada, William E., F.S.M.
