Lilli Sherman v. Loren B. Sherman
MEMORANDUM OF DECISION
The defendant, Loren Sherman, is in violation of many of the court orders. He is found in wilful contempt for failure to pay the $10,000 court ordered attorney fees. The Court finds an ability to pay; in all matters he has disregarded in the court orders. In addition he is in contempt for failure to pay the mortgage and the expenses relating to 172 John Street. It is further ordered that each party suggest to the court the name of two brokers that the Court may consider for purposes of selling said property. In addition the defendant has failed to pay the medical insurance for the plaintiff for the last five months despite his COBRA coverage. It is further ordered that defendant pay any medical insurance premiums. The defendant shall provide proof that the court ordered life insurance is in place at the next court session. Defendant shall also provide proof of payment of the boat loan. Defendant is also in wilful contempt for failure to pay alimony. The sum of $17,500 is payable. The issue of attorney fees shall be heard at the hearing to be held on July 12, 2011 at 9:30 a.m. The defendant shall anticipate incarceration at that time.
