This appeal to the Appellate Court by Sylvester Traylor in his personal and/or individual capacity was filed on February 24, 2011.   A.C. 33038

“The supervision and control of the proceedings on appeal shall be in the court having appellate jurisdiction from the time the appeal is filed ․ any motion the purpose of which is to complete or perfect the trial court record for presentation on appeal shall be made to the court in which the appeal is pending.”  P.B. § 60–2.
