Pan Handle Realty, LLC v. Argyle Capital Management Corporation
MEMORANDUM OF DECISION
The decision rendered by this court on May 11, 2011 is hearby republished. The plaintiff is entitled to interest in accordance with General Statutes § 37–3a from the date of breach to the date hereof in the amount of $34,031.00. The plaintiff is entitled to attorney fees in accordance with the terms of the contract. The plaintiff submits a bill in the amount of $20,266.35 which the court finds to be fair and reasonable. However, the court finds that 11.8 hours expended by counsel related to the claim against Argyle Capital Management Corporation. Accordingly at the hourly rate of $325, the sum of $3835.00 should be deducted from the claim of attorney fees.
Judgment may enter in favor of the plaintiff against the defendant Robert Olins in the amount of $138,000 plus interest in the amount of $34,031 and attorney fees in the amount of $16,431.35 (total Judgment $188,462.35). Judgment may enter in favor of the defendant Argyle Capital Management Corporation.
