REVISED MEMORANDUM OF DECISION RE MOTION TO STRIKE (NO. 119)

On May 26, 2011 the court inadvertently issued as its memorandum of decision an earlier draft of its decision that upon further consideration it decided was not a correct application of the law.   The May 26th decision is hereby vacated.   A revised memorandum of decision will be issued shortly.
