Lauren Berger v. Bryan Finkel
MEMORANDUM OF DECISION
The court has heard the testimony of the parties and reviewed the evidence in relation to the plaintiff's Motion for Modification dated March 22, 2011. The Court finds that the defendant's consulting income of $15,000 a month from January 2011 constitutes a substantial change in circumstances sufficient to justify a modification of the March 16, 2011 order. Accordingly the defendant is ordered to pay to the plaintiff the sum of $6,000 per month in unallocated alimony and child support retroactive to January 7, 2011 (date of deposit to account). In addition, the defendant is to immediately resume payment of the family's health insurance premiums also retroactive to January 7, 2010.
