MEMORANDUM OF DECISION MOTION # 117
The provisions of Article II of the Separation Agreement, dated September 19, 2007, provide for the payment of alimony and child support. The Article is so titled.
Paragraph 2.1 used the term “unallocated” which would be unnecessary if only alimony was being ordered. In addition, paragraph 2.4 covers the situation if alimony is terminated, how child support shall then be continued and how the amount paid shall be determined.
