Terry Aliano v. Michael Aliano
CLARIFICATION OF THE COURT'S DECISION DATED MARCH 31, 2011
The plaintiff filed a motion for clarification dated April 19, 2011, requesting that the court clarify or articulate precisely which household expenses that the defendant is financially responsible to pay. It is unfortunate that the parties are unable to come together on even the most mundane and simple challenges; how they will successfully co-parent their three-year-old child is a troubling thought.
ORDER:
The defendant shall be responsible for the following expenses associated with the marital residence: mortgage, real estate taxes, electricity, natural gas, water, landline telephone including two cell phones, cable TV/Internet, homeowner's insurance, both home equity lines of credit, the alarm service as well as $75 per week for plaintiff's food and $50 per week for plaintiff's gasoline.
