Hedy Gensler v. David Gensler
MEMORANDUM OF DECISION RE PLAINTIFF'S MOTION FOR CONTEMPT DATED NOVEMBER 26, 2010
The Court has reviewed the plaintiff's Motion, Article IV, Section B, of the Separation Agreement dated August 11, 2000 as well as the briefs and case law submitted by counsel. The court holds that the only rational and equitable interpretation of Article IV is that the husband's alimony obligation terminates upon the payment of $1,080,000 ($9,000 per month times 120 months). The husband has fulfilled his obligation. The Motion for Contempt is denied.
So Ordered.
