CONTINUANCE

Hearing on Motion to Close Bishops Corner and Rocky Hill Skilled Nursing facilities continued to April 21, 2011, 11:00 a.m. in order to:

1. Give the receiver additional opportunity to seek facility purchase proposals.

2. Give an opportunity, as requested by several parties, to prospective purchasers to complete due diligence in investigating the probability of a concrete purchase proposal for one or all of the four facilities, if a bid program were to be initiated.

Consideration has been given in granting this continuance, of the effect of the Attorney Generals' motion to continue the closure hearings for the Soundview and University Skilled Nursing Home facilities, received and granted this morning.
