Joseph M. Spencer v. Denise Spencer
SUPPLEMENTAL ORDERS TO MEMORANDUM OF DECISION ISSUED JANUARY 28, 2011
The court ordered the Guardian ad litem (GAL) to submit her bill for services rendered on or before February 11, 2011. The parties were ordered to submit current financial affidavits to the court and each other on the same date. They were also ordered to file any objections to the GAL's bill no later than February 18, 2011. The court indicated that it would take the issue of the GAL's bill on the papers. The GAL filed her bill in a timely fashion. The plaintiff filed a current financial affidavit and the defendant filed specific objections to the billing. The court finds that additional information is required for it to rule on the issues related to the Guardian's bill as filed.
The court HEREBY ORDERS:
1. the Guardian to file any response to the defendant's objection no later than Friday March 4, 2011; and
2. to provide the court with copies of the billing statement issued just prior to the one filed with the court on February 10, 2011.
