Vivian Howard v. Revelation Enterprises
MEMORANDUM OF DECISION
This is an action brought by the plaintiff homeowner Vivian Howard against the contractor defendant Revelation Enterprises, LLC for damages claiming that the work the defendant was obligated to perform was defective.
Although the plaintiff had an architect who oversaw the project and completed field inspections, he was not called as a witness by the plaintiff to testify.
The court finds the issues in favor of the defendant and enters judgment for the defendant without costs to either party.
