CORRECTED FINDINGS SUPPLEMENTING THE MEMORANDUM OF DECISION ISSUED FEBRUARY 15, 2011

On February 15, 2011 the court issued its memorandum of decision in the above-referenced matter.   An arithmetic error was made in the finding of the alimony arrearage.   The correct arrearage is $93,000 and not $83,000 as said arrearage covers ten months of unpaid alimony at the rate of $10,000 per month less a $7,000 credit for payments made.   All other findings of the court and orders issued remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
