MEMORANDUM OF DECISION
Since neither party resides in New York State any longer, Connecticut has jurisdiction over Child Support. Therefore, based on the mother's weekly gross income of $692 and the father's weekly gross income of $514, the father's child support in the amount of $129 per week shall be paid to the defendant.
