Matthew Schoenberg v. Erin V. Schoenberg
MEMORANDUM OF DECISION
By agreement of the parties, a psychological evaluation by Dr. Hiebel was ordered by the court on August 6, 2008. The court further finds that the parties understood that the evaluation by Dr. Hiebel was exempt from confidentiality pursuant to General Statutes § 46b-146c(c)(1). Based upon the evidence presented by Dr. Hiebel, the court finds that although the parties engaged in the mediation of some disputes during their extended evaluation, this process was within the scope of a court-ordered psychological evaluation. Therefore, the court orders that the evaluation be updated and completed with a reasonable period of time.
