Pamela Jenkins v. Buster Jenkins
MEMORANDUM OF DECISION
This case has come before this court on a number of occasions, most recently for a hearing on May 13, 2010. The court has reviewed the testimony of the parties and the Guardian ad Litem (GAL) as well as the entire file. On May 13, 2010, the court entered an order requiring the parties and the GAL to file proposed orders which the court has reviewed.
On June 29, 2010, the GAL faxed to the court parenting recommendations together with an explanation for those recommendations. Thereafter, counsel submitted to the court on November 23, 2010 copies of orders and informational material concerning Joshua's court appearance in G.A. 12 on September 10, 2010.
As of May 13, 2010, the court finds the recommendations of the GAL to be in the best interests of the children, approves the same and enters them as orders of the court, SUBJECT, HOWEVER to Judge Randolph's orders that may be in conflict for the 6-month period that Joshua must live with his father (defendant).
Further each party shall be responsible for 50% of the GAL's fees. Payment or arrangements for payment must be made by both parties within 30 days from the date of this order.
SO ORDERED.
BY THE COURT,
CARUSO, JTR
Caruso, John R., J.T.R.
