Munson Colonial Builders, Inc. v. Good Hill Mechanical Contractors, Inc. et al.
SUPPLEMENTAL MEMORANDUM OF DECISION RE MOTION FOR ARTICULATION/RECONSIDERATION
All parties have filed motions for articulation and reconsideration under Practice Book § 11-11 and Section 63-1 which tolls appeal period. The court after reviewing supplemental briefs by all parties as well as oral argument on September 17, 2010, the Court reaffirms its underlying decision and memorandum of November 19, 2009. Although strong arguments were presented by all sides requesting a modification of the underlying judgment, the Court feels that after reargument no further modification or amendment to the underlying judgment is justified and therefore judgment enters accordingly under the said terms effective on the above date.
BY ORDER OF THE COURT,
