Scott Haber v. Paula McNally
MEMORANDUM OF DECISION ON PLAINTIFF'S MOTION FOR CHANGE OF CUSTODY, PRIMARY RESIDENCE AND VISITATION, DATED MARCH 15, 2010 AND DEFENDANT'S MOTION FOR MODIFICATION OF VISITATION, DATED OCTOBER 10, 2010
Based on the evidence, the court finds most objective and credible, namely the Family Relations report, Plaintiff's Exhibit A, and the Guardian Ad Litem report, Defendant's Exhibit 2. The court denies all of plaintiff's motion, dated March 15, 2010.
Based on said evidence, defendant's motion, dated October 10, 2010 is granted.
It is therefore ordered that the plaintiff shall contact and go to a psychologist with a specialty in the effects of parental alienation on children. Until said psychologist no longer sees the plaintiff as presenting a psychological danger to plaintiff's minor child relative to his adversely affecting said minor child's relationship with her mother, the plaintiff's visitation with his minor child shall be supervised by Auers Agency at plaintiff's expense. All overnight visitation is suspended until further order of the court.
No orders are entered at this time for attorneys fees, without prejudice to the attorney.
