MEMORANDUM OF DECISION RE MOTION FOR ORDER PENDENTE LITE (# 126)
This action came before the court on the motion of the Plaintiff for order (doc. # 126) directing the Defendant husband to make certain payments to the City of Naugatuck and to Plaintiff with regards to unpaid personal property taxes on certain motor vehicles in use by the parties herein.
The motion is granted as follows:
1. Defendant shall pay the sum of $306.26 to the Plaintiff, within ten (10) days of the entry of this order, to reimburse Plaintiff for payments made by her to the City of Naugatuck applied for the benefit of Defendant.
2. Defendant shall pay to the City of Naugatuck, within 30 days of the date of this order, the sum of $226.54 to pay the applicable taxes on the 2008 Honda registered in that City and the subject of this motion.
So ordered this 1st day of October 2010.
