Rose Young v. James Young
ORDER
The court finds the defendant, James Young, in contempt and issues the following orders:
1. Alimony arrearage is set at $17,750.00 as of September 28, 2010 with the defendant ordered to make a lump sum payment of $17,750.00 payment due to the plaintiff by no later than November 1, 2010. Payment is to be made c/o Willinger, Willinger & Bucci, P.C., 855 Main Street, Bridgeport, Connecticut 06604.
2. Child support arrearage is set at $2,600.00 as of September 28, 2010 and the defendant is ordered to make payment of said amount in full to the plaintiff no later than November 1, 2010. Said payment is to be made c/o Willinger, Willinger & Bucci, P.C., 855 Main Street, Bridgeport, Connecticut 06604.
3. The defendant shall immediately pay the amount of $261.90 representing his share of the unreimbursed medical/dental expenses for the minor child.
4. The defendant shall obtain a health insurance policy covering the minor child no later than October 8, 2010. Full cost of said policy shall be the responsibility of the defendant.
5. Defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of $25,000.00 representing one-half of the difference between the actual sale price of the subject condominium ($48,000.00) and that of a comparable property in the same condominium complex sold five days earlier for an actual price of $98,000.00.
6. The defendant shall provide to the plaintiff, by no later than October 15, 2010, those items ordered to the plaintiff and minor child in Schedule A attached to the divorce decree dated January 22, 2009.
7. The defendant shall pay the full and total amount ($4,500.00) of the plaintiff's attorneys fees, as listed in the attorney fee affidavit provided to the court, by no later than November 1, 2010.
8. All personal property of the defendant stored in the garage at 60 Rustown Drive, Stratford, Connecticut shall remain at said location during the pendency of these orders and in the event that the defendant fails to satisfy his obligations under these orders, title to said property shall be immediately transferred to the plaintiff to be applied toward the defendant's obligations. As to any remaining deficiency thereafter, the court shall assess daily accruing financial until said deficiency is paid in full.
