ORDER RE ATTORNEYS FEES, POST-JUDGMENT

The court having considered the argument of counsel, the financial affidavits of the parties, and the Affidavit of Counsel Fees dated July 19, 2010, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT within two (2) weeks from the date of this order, the plaintiff shall pay to Christopher C. Burdett, Esq., the sum of $20,000.00, of which $10,000.00 shall be applied toward his outstanding legal fees and costs, or future legal fees and costs, incurred in this litigation, and $10,000.00 of which shall be held in escrow and applied toward the fees of any present or additional experts that have been or may be retained during the course of the litigation.   Any sums not so disbursed shall be held in escrow pending further order of the court.
