JUDGMENT
This Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus came to this Court on May 4, 2006; thence to May 15, 2009 when an Amended Petition was filed; thence to June 17, 2009, when a Return was filed; thence to October 5, 2009, when a Certificate of Closed Pleadings was filed; thence to October 5, 2009, when the parties appeared and were at issue to the court, as on file.
The Court, having heard the parties, finds the issues for the Respondent.
Whereupon, as detailed in an oral Memorandum of Decision, and in a signed transcript to follow by Nazzaro, John Joseph J., and dated October 5, 2009 it is adjudged that the Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus is denied.
