Pursuant to a telephone call received by this Court from petitioner's counsel, Attorney Michael Ferguson, the above-captioned matter has been resolved through a sentence modification agreed to by the State.   As a result of that agreement, the petitioner requests that his application be withdrawn.   The petition for sentence review is therefore ordered:
