Kimberly Scheurich v. Jason Scheurich
ORDERS
1. The court, after taking testimony including that of the Guardian Ad Litem, and hearing the argument of counsel, finds that on the existing state of the record there is neither a material change in circumstance or a finding that the existing order of custody was not based on the best interests of the child. Trunix v. Trunix, 179 Conn. 287, 289-90 (1979); Stewart v. Stewart, 177 Conn. 401 (1979).
2. There is a balance due of $2,200.00 for the services of the Guardian Ad Litem.
3. Each party shall pay $1,100.00 within twenty days (20) of this order for the final fee in this matter.
