MEMORANDUM OF DECISION ON MOTION TO CONFIRM ARBITRATION AWARD DATED MAY 19, 2009 (# 172.00)
The court hereby grants the above Motion to Confirm Arbitration Award dated May 19, 2009 (# 172.00). The reasons for this order are set forth in the September 7, 2010 Memorandum of Decision on the Sandhus' Motion to Vacate Arbitration Award dated May 8, 2009 in the companion case Sandhu et al. v. Haverson Construction Management, LLC et al., pending in the Superior Court, judicial district of Stamford/Norwalk at Stamford, Docket Number FST CV 09-4016359 S. This court adopts that Memorandum of Decision herein.
The court orders the defendants, Haverson Construction Management, LLC and Haverson Architecture & Design, LLC, to prepare and submit to this court after serving a copy on the plaintiffs, an order consistent with this Memorandum of Decision.
