CLARIFICATION OF ORDER

Pursuant to Connecticut General Statutes § 46b-115q the defendant's Motion for Modification of Custody, Post-Judgment in the Superior Court in Connecticut is stayed, and ordered transferred to the appropriate forum in the State of Virginia.   The court finds Connecticut to be an inconvenient forum.  Conn. Gen.Stat. § 46b-115q does not require the court to make telephone contact with the court in Virginia prior to the transfer.
