The notice of lis pendens filed in the case of Alyssa Peterson v. Hannah Woldeyohannes and A to Zee, LLC, Superior Court, judicial district of Hartford, Docket No. CV 04 0834966, dated July 12, 2005 and recorded in Volume 5374 at Page 321 of the Hartford Land Records is hereby discharged.
