CORRECTED ORDER

The court has reviewed the Affidavit of Counsel Fees dated June 20, 2010, submitted by James L. Rapaport, Esq., in the amount of $7,900.00, and the court finds them to be fair and reasonable under all the circumstances.   The defendant, Neal D'Allessio, is hereby ordered to pay to James L. Rapaport, Esq. the sum of $2,500.00 as a contribution toward same as follows:  $250.00 on or before September 1, 2010, and $250.00 every 30 days thereafter until paid in full.   Meaning and intending hereby to correct the order of July 1, 2010, which is hereby vacated.
