Gary H. Alligood et al v. Anthony Lasaracina et al
COURT'S COMPLIANCE WITH APPELLATE COURT'S REMAND
In accordance with the decisions of the Appellate Court in Alligood v. LaSaracina, 122 Conn.App. 473 (2010), and Alligood v. LaSaracina, 122 Conn.App. 479 (2010), the court:
(1) Revokes its finding that the defendants did not unduly restrict the plaintiffs' use of the right of way and grants the plaintiffs' request for an injunction relevant to the right of way.
(2) Revokes its finding that the porch on the northerly side of the defendants' dwelling violates the restrictive covenants and revokes its order that the defendants remove the porch.
