MEMORANDUM OF DECISION de DEFENDANT'S MOTION TO CORRECT and RECONSIDER POST-JUDGMENT (142)

The tenure of employment of defendant by Lipenwald, Inc. need not be quantified. The court notes that the defendant's financial affidavit spells the company name with one “p.”
“The company's accountant testified the defendant owned 5% of the company shares,” is a typographical error for 15% is the correct number.
The defendant's financial affidavit included with his trial management order (135.10) states “Total Health and Life Insurance” monthly as $87. The court declines to correct the claimed error.
