Michael Delgado v. Administrator Unemployment et al.
MEMORANDUM OF DECISION
The claimant filed a late motion to reopen the Board of Review's decision of August 30, 2000 on February 24, 2009.
Section 31-249a of the C.G.S. limits such appeals to 30 calendar days unless good cause is shown.
The claimant offered no reason for his extreme tardiness, save that he was in Puerto Rico and it was difficult for him to return. He acknowledged receipt of notices from the Board. The court is left with no option save to dismiss the appeal.
