ORDER

The court has reviewed the Affidavit of Counsel Fees dated June 20, 2010, submitted by James L. Rapaport, Esq., in the amount of $7,900.00, and the court finds them to be fair and reasonable under all the circumstances.   The plaintiff is hereby ordered to pay to James L. Rapaport, Esq. the sum of $2,500.00 as a contribution toward same as follows:  $250.00 within 30 days from the date of this order, and $250.00 every 30 days thereafter until paid in full.
