Mary Ellen Fox v. John Fox
ORDER
Pursuant to the judgment of the court and hearing from the parties, the parties' real estate located at 88 Camden Street in Fairfield shall be listed for sale no later than July 3, 2010. By agreement of the parties Robin Scott of Caldwell Banker Real Estate is designated as to the listing broker. The real estate shall be listed at $400,000 and shall remain at said amount for a period of sixty (60) days. If no signed contract is obtained before September 10, 2010 the listing price shall be reduced by $10,000. Each 60 days subsequent thereto the listing price shall be reduced by another $12,000 until such time as a valid contract is obtained. All other provisions of the judgment dated June 24, 2009 as relate to the sale and disposition of said property shall remain in effect. The real estate commission shall be paid equally by both parties based on the fee negotiated by the broker and parties.
