Sylvester Traylor, Administrator of the Estate of Roberta Mae Traylor et al v. Bassam Awwam, M.D. et al
SCHEDULING ORDER
1. The plaintiff(s) may file an amended/revised complaint by no later than June 30, 2010.
2. The defendants shall file an Answer or responsive motion or request addressed to the amended/revised complaint by July 12, 2010.
3. The plaintiff(s) shall file a Reply to the Answer, if an Answer be filed by the defendants, by July 20, 2010.
4. If the defendants respond to the amended/revised complaint other than by an Answer, plaintiff(s) shall file their response by July 25, 2010. A further scheduling order will be forthcoming regarding the pleadings when the court decides the issues involved therein.
5. Plaintiff(s) and defendants shall file their lists of fact (non expert) witnesses by June 30, 2010 which list shall include names and addresses.
6. Depositions of fact witnesses shall be completed by September 15, 2010.
7. Plaintiff shall disclose their experts by June 30, 2010, which disclosure shall contain the information required by statute and or rule of expert witnesses.
8. Defendants' depositions of plaintiff(s) experts shall be completed by September 15, 2010.
9. Defendants shall disclose their experts by August 4, 2010, which disclosure shall contain the information required by statute and or rule of expert witnesses.
10. Either party may supplement its disclosure of expert witnesses provided such supplemental disclosure is done forthwith upon that party's determining it is likely the additional expert witness may be used at trial.
11. Plaintiff(s)' depositions of defendants' experts shall be concluded by October 15, 2010.
12. Interrogatories and Requests for Production shall be served by July 15, 2010. Responses (answers, production, objections, etc.) thereto shall be made within 12 days. If there is less than complete compliance with any interrogatory or production request, or part thereof, the remaining interrogatories or production requests, or parts thereof, shall be complied with within the 12 days.
13. The provisions of P.B. 13-15 shall apply.
14. The parties are encouraged to comply with the provisions hereof before the deadlines stated above.
15. Each party shall notify the court when that party believes the case is ready for a meaningful pre-trial.
16. Dispositive motions shall be filed by August 16, 2010.
