AMENDED JUDGMENT

Pursuant to direction from the Appellate Court, the court reduces its award to the plaintiff by $62,250. Therefore, said award now reads:

In summary the court finds that the plaintiff Dirienzo Mechanical Contractor's Inc. has proved by a preponderance of the evidence, the more persuasive evidence, that it is entitled to recover of the jointly liable defendants Salce Contracting Associates, Inc. and/or United States Fidelity and Guaranty Co. as surety under a labor and material bond, the sum of $392,381.67.

In all other respects the judgment of the court remains the same.

So ordered.
