Mary Sullo v. Administrator, Unemployment Compensation Act, et al
MEMORANDUM OF DECISION
On June 15, 2010 the statutory appeal concerning the unemployment compensation claim of the plaintiff was heard by the undersigned.
The hearing established the plaintiff disagreed with the conclusions of fact of the Board of Review in finding the plaintiff left suitable work voluntarily and without good cause attributable to the employer.
The hearing has established that the conclusions of the board and referee were reasonable and consistent with the applicable statute and regulations, and this court cannot retry the facts. The decision appealed is not unreasonable, arbitrary or illegal.
For the foregoing reasons the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed.
