DECISION RE DEFENDANT'S MOTIONS TO REOPEN JUDGMENT # 129 AND 131

This Court, after having considered arguments from counsel on the Defendant's Post-Judgment Motion to Open and Set Aside Judgment, hereby denies Motion # 131 and grants Motion # 129 in part by filing the attached AMENDED ORDERS.   Said orders correct the error this court made when the court considered the New Alliance stock, as listed on the husband's financial affidavit, and the Montauck Financial Group Funds, as listed on the wife's financial affidavit, as two distinct assets when they were in fact the same property.   These orders also addresses the distribution of the 2008 Toyota Camry.

This court does not amend the child support orders as the defendant has failed to file the required worksheet calculations.
