Janice Hill v. Michael Hill
MEMORANDUM OF DECISION
The court has further reviewed the various postjudgment motions filed by the parties and makes the following further findings and orders correcting the amount due the defendant in connection with his lien against the martial residence. The amounts referenced herein are the amounts found by the court as of the date of trial with the exception of the correction of the net equity of the marital residence previously corrected by the court. At the time of trial the plaintiff had assets of $199,709 and the defendant $375,100. The net equity in the marital residence amounted to $458,974. The combined assets totaled $1,033,783. The plaintiff was to receive the first $150,000 and the remainder of $883,783 was to be divided equally with each party receiving $441,892. Therefore, the plaintiff should receive $591,892 and the defendant, $441,892. Since the defendant had $375,100, he is entitled to an additional $66,792 which should be the amount of his lien against the marital residence, and it is SO ORDERED.

CARUSO, J.T.R.
