Tami C. Gorman v. David B. Gorman
MEMORANDUM OF DECISION RE DEFENDANT'S MOTION TO MODIFY POSTJUDGMENT FILED JANUARY 16, 2009 (# 173)
The above-captioned motion was heard on May 1, 2009, when the plaintiff appeared with counsel and the defendant was self-represented. Also present was the guardian-ad-litem. Both parties testified and offered documentary evidence. The guardian-ad-litem testified in narrative form. The defendant and the guardian-ad-litem filed proposed orders. At the conclusion of the hearing the court entered certain orders to which the parties were in agreement.
The first matter the court had to deal with was a Motion In Limine filed by the defendant (# 181) dealing with the alleged failure of plaintiff's counsel to comply with the Standing Orders of the court. This motion was denied.
Having heard the evidence the court approves all of the proposed orders of the guardian ad-litem dated May 1, 2009 as being in the best interests of the minor child, and enters them as orders of the court. The guardian-ad-litem shall file with the court an affidavit of fees for review and approval.
SO ORDERED.
