ORDER DENYING PETITION

In this original pro se petition for extraordinary relief, Steven Floyd Voss challenges his judgment of conviction and seeks an order directing the Second Judicial District Court to vacate his convictions for uttering a forged instrument. We have considered the petition, and we are not satisfied this court's intervention by way of extraordinary writ is warranted. See NRS 34.160; NRS 34.170; NRS 34.320; NRS 34.330; NRS 34.020; Pan v. Eighth Judicial Dist. Court, 120 Nev. 222, 228, 88 P.3d 840, 844 (2004) (“Petitioner[ ] carr[ies] the burden of demonstrating that extraordinary relief is warranted.”).
