CORDERRICK MCDOWELL, Appellant, v. WILLIAM HUTCHINGS, WARDEN, Respondent.
ORDER OF AFFIRMANCE
Corderrick McDowell appeals from an order of the district court dismissing a postconviction petition for a writ of habeas corpus challenging the computation of time served. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Erika D. Ballou, Judge.
In his petition, filed on April 27, 2022, McDowell claimed the Nevada Department of Corrections failed to apply statutory credits to the minimum term imposed for one of his felony convictions. The district court found that McDowell failed to allege or demonstrate that he had first exhausted the administrative remedies available to him, and it thus dismissed his petition. The district court's findings are supported by the record. Accordingly, we conclude the district court did not err by dismissing McDowell's petition, see NRS 34.724(1), (2)(c); NRS 34.810(4), and we
ORDER the judgment of the district court AFFIRMED.
